CEA Programs
Crow's
Nest Knowledgebase
We at the CEA are pleased to announce the launch of our new on-line
tutoring program. Moderated by teachers, professors, and college students,
the forum structure is based on California
Department of Education's content standards. Since there will always be
fewer moderators than students, all questions will to answered on a first-come-first-served
basis and students are requested to also assist their peers with solutions.

Youth Mentorship Program
The mission of the CEA Youth
Mentorship Program is to empower and provide guidance for at-risk
youth in our communities through mentoring relationships and to enable
them to become productive, responsible community members.

High School Science Journal
This
biannually-published journal consists of research papers and science-related
articles submitted by high school students. Articles submitted will be
reviewed by a peer editorial board from representative high schools. An
advisory board of university and industry professionals will guide and
mentor the review and publication process.
We here at the CEA believe that this science journal will be an excellent
opportunity for students to express their scientific interests and talents,
as well as providing them with professional editorial and publication
training. This program will integrate with our Summer Research Internship
Program and Science on Campus Program, participants of which are strongly
encouraged to submit their research projects for review and publication.
